Aboard the Siegfried CROSS Field HQ

Drakenor: The level above is cleared!

-He shouted out from above just as Major Jackson arrives to the scene.

Drakenor: Monastery guards, proximity mines deploy to the entrance. I want no crap coming here and shoot us down there, position and conceal yourself within this room. Delta Squad, it is now the time for you to rendezvous with your commander.

-The guardsmen deployed proximity mines on the entrance to the reactor core and hid themselves within the shadow. Trevor and STAR Delta Squad made their way to the lower level by ladder, one by one they climbed and hopped off to the ground.

Drakenor: Major Jackson, your men have done well in assisting us on our way to this room here.

Delta Squad Lead: *mumble* you guys did most of it in rather brutally...

Drakenor: Administrator Blue, I know this might not be the right time or the place. But I believe our presence are requested here for a reason?

Jackson: I must say these Cyknerthol guys are quite immpressive, I'm sure you and I would make one helll of a team-up.

-Jackson then turns to Delta team.

Jackson: Get your casualties top-side, Alpha are already there with the choppers for evac.

Drakenor: I am not sure the casualties belongs to one of your own sir, its one of my men. He should be fine once he gets back to MO's fleet. And yes, I'm looking forward to our future cooperation. Monastery Guards, 4 men form up down here and secure this level.

-4 Guardsmen coming out of shadow climbed down to the lower level, 2 guys entered the control room where they have wide view to everything in the Reactor Core while the other 2 guards the lower entrance to it.

Delta Squad member: Next time SoC, glory belongs to us.

-Trevor simply nodded and start to secure the area with the guardsmen, he stayed within the command group proximity however as there are still things to discuss.

-Trevor stood silent for a moment, he took out an empty flask once contained the "Holy water" and stared at it for a moment before putting back.

Drakenor: A suicide mission huh... I'm assuming this is a classified information unless we are truly committed to it? Well... so be it ma'am.

-He walked few step to the side, his hand folding to his back. Seemingly deep in thoughts.

- Alice gives off a smirk.- "Alright then...

She steps forward. "I am obviously not expecting either of you to do this freely unless you have something to gain... but I can assure you both... If we succeed I There will be more rewards than any of us would know what to do with... Name your terms & it will be so. Land? Funds? Power? You name it & I will be be able to grant it...

She then taps on the war room table & a picture of General Eichelberger appears.

Alice:"Tell me... what do either of you know about this man?"

"I don't know him personally" Jackson said "but I know enough to guess that he is a problem for all of us"

- Wolfgang descends on a helicopter to the Gombostonian flagship where Elisa stands at attention. -

Elisa: "Hmm... you actually withdrew from the Siegfried?"
Wolfgang: "It was necessary, if I want to see the shores of South America."
Elisa: "Is the situation that dire?"
Wolfgang: "Kommandant Blue leads that circus."
Elisa: "That scatter-brained Novus with the blue hair?"
Wolfgang: "That's a kind way to put it.

- He, Elisa and Heinrich are on their way to the bridge while Wolfgang explains the situation. -

Wolfgang: "And this is why I got back to here. At least our fleet can't be sunken with a computer."
Elisa: "... and they put the Siegfried under her command?"

- Wolfgang shrugs, sharing her confusion, but he does not answer to that. -

Wolfgang: "The point is, we have to reorganize this invasion force or else the whole campaign may be foiled."
Elisa: "And how do you plan to do that?" - she says it with a more angered tone - "The bitch is CROSS' lapdog, riding and desecrating her father's reown."
Wolfgang: "Don't worry. Alcohol, tobacco and Gott knows what kind of drugs has degrated her poor brain that not only can't she keep X-CORE out of her crew, but underestimated our resolve as well."
Elisa: "What do..." - she couldn't finish it as he put his hand on her mouth and activated a holo-communicator in the command room. -

: "What is it Stahlbergmann?" - The deep grisly voice stand up the hair on everyone's back who heard it -
Wolfgang: "Something that would certainly interest you... Sturmbahnführer." - before the answer could come through, the hologram get's clear, drawing out a rather ugly face. A short haired Gombostonian's face draws out with a really large Roman nose, pointy ears, cold light blue eyes and a face that would remind others to a hound than human, Otto Haase's face, the top enforcer of Gombostonian Imperial Intelligence, a man feared by anyone who had the misfortune of meeting him. -
Otto: "I'll be the judge of that. Out with it!"
Wolfgang: "It more of a suspicion that Commander Blue have became unfit to fulfil her responsibilities within CROSS and her presence might jeopardize the success of the South American campaign... and be a direct threat to General Eichelberger's life." - Otto frowns seriously and stares into Wolfgang's eyes for long seconds. -
Otto: "And I suppose you didn't wanted to waste my time with suspicions."
Wolfgang: "You'll be the judge of how's solid the evidence is. You are the expert after all." - Otto don't really appritiated the lighthearted comments and he continue to stare with eyes that are about to turn Wolfgang into ashes through the hologram. - "He he... here it is."

Tershia's voice on recording: "I just thought I'd look my enemy in the eye & put faces to your names before your imminent demise... As of right now, I have full control of this vessel, I can have it's main reactor overload or merely have it fall from the sky if I so please... unless, you do exactly what I say... You all may live..."
Alice's voice on recording:" I'm afraid you may be barking up the wrong tree... - erased part -
Tershia's voice on recording: You realize I just threatened to make your little airship fall into the sea & explode?...
Alice's voice on recording: "Yea? so? bring it on!..."
Tershia's voice on recording: " That means you will die because I have sealed all the entrances & emergency exits... the ship is fully locked down"
Alice's voice on recording: "Yes? Well do it then already!..."
Tershia's voice on recording: "Er... could... we... It there perhaps any other officers aboard? Who's in charge there?"

Otto: "That did was irresponsible, but hardly enough to put her out of the way."
Wolfgang: "Oh now comes the best part."

Alice's voice on recording: "Soldier... assemble a team & get some red paint so we can cover up that Hideous grey stain off the side of my ship... and If Eichelberger so much as sets foot on here... You have my permission to shoot him on site..."

- The vile face of Otto jerks into a hideous smile that suprisingly makes him uglier. - "Smiling makes you prettier... right." - Wolfgang thinks in himself, but quickly dismisses any offensive thouthgt when the smile's owner releases a diabolical chuckle. -

Otto: "Now that's something. Do you know this soldier?"
Wolfgang: "I would recognize him."
Otto: "Splendid. We make sure you get your chance when they land. His confession would only reinforce these recordings. How did you made them?
Wolfgang: "I always have a high quality radio under my collar. I use it mostly for troop coordination, but I save everything it records for future selections. Who knows when it can come handy." - Wolfgang makes another positive remark unintentionally, but now Otto does not like someone who would want to kill him. -
Otto: "I'm suprised Wolfgang. I assume you will going to have some visual material about this new paintjob as well."
Wolfgang: "My subordinates record it as we speak. It's not an everyday sight that a CROSS commander openly rebels against a province, after all."

- Otto slaps his hands together with his smile disappearing from his face allthogether. -

Otto: "Your actions are noted, Stahlbergmann. I'll notify the right people about this... including General Eichelberger."
Wolfgang: "Glad to be at the state's service... but as you know I did this out of my worries for the success of the South American campaign. While I don't doubt this would be enough of a warning sign for the General, I would be glad, if he would be certain about Frau Blue's... suspicious behaviour."
Otto: "We have our ways."

- With that the Hologram closes and silence descends on the command room for a whole minute. -

Elisa: "Obergruppenführer?"
Wolfgang: "Yes?"
Elisa: "What you just did?"
Wolfgang: "Gave a chance for the South American campaign to succeed."
Elisa: "But" - she whispers as the hologram would be still turned on - "but to him?"
Wolfgang: "He's our best chance that this arrives to the right people... in the right form."
Elisa: "I hope you are right."
Wolfgang: "You heard the story. You heard the recordings. You know who we are dealing with. I won't going to let this's Novus decadency and pettiness ruin my campaign and maybe even CROSS itself."

- She walks out a bit shaken, knowing what she might even got into, but she collects and decides herself before the door. She turns back, claps her ankles together, straigtens up, raises her right arm and shouts from the top of her lungs. -
Elisa: "Alles für Gomboston!"

- Wolgang, who usually don't like the army's war cry, especially not in this over enthusiastic way, does exactly the same in the same manner. -

Wolfgang: "Alles für Gomboston!"
