- Wolfgang let the discussion escalate without intervening too much to find out the true aims of each subfactions. He sometimes rolls his eyes when the choir of the Maximillian Order recite their agenda one line per person. -
Wolfgang thinking in himself: "Hmm... this does not go as expected. This is what you get when you allow untermenschen to have a seat around the table. And what is about deploying the NEC2, is this Novus understands how modern warfare works? Filthy peasants... peasants and barbarians. How could they be anything else?" Gavin: "This.. NEC2 stuff. What is it exactly, if you don't mind refreshing my memory?" Wolfgang thinking in himself: "Now this is an oportune time to intervene. I'm starting to lose my patience"
Wolfgang: "That, my dear Gavin is the virus that created the Husks."
- He stands up from his seat, raising both of his hands to get everyone's attention. -
Wolfgang: "It appears we may have some unbridgeable differences in defining our greatest enemy, but I think we are slowly ascending from the ground of reality." - He looks at Alice. - "I'm aware that the actions of my kinsmen has liberated us from the shackles of the SHAPE doctrine and all of it's bounds, but I think it would behoove us not to get carried away with the possibilities. I'll be frank to you Kommandant Blue. Deploying the NEC2 is a terrible and short sighted idea. Be far from me to keep nature take it's course on inferiors - he tried not to make eye contact with anyone, upon saying these words - but the people living under SKULL's yoke would serve us better alive than dead or worse, as husks.
Labour, manpower, producing capabilities, the mere population that some parts of CROSS is in so dire need, human arms against ORB... we would trade all of this out of fear from a handful of pirates? Let's not be ridiculous. Not to mention that unlike most in this renowned branch of generals, I personally have recent experience of fighting against husks in direct combat and what I had to endure were just a few hundred large pack. Imagine the effort that would require to purge an entire continent just to reclaim it.
And what about Afrika? Aiding the SPEAR again? To serve us as a buffer zone against ORB? I would propose direct confrontation with Fido on ORB mainland, rather aiding an inferior nation with it's inferior rabble of an army that is unable to hold it's own against a single invasion force.
It's due time we stop our chase for the promise of trump cards and an easy way to fight a war - he looks at the Maximilian order's delegation - and we stop maintaining impotent regimes and reliance on bandit tactics to delay our inevitable confrontation with those who seek our destruction - he looks at Alice -
- He looks at Elena - A possible alliance with STAR would grant dominion over South America for both of our nations with all it's riches and manpower. Let us not forget that these are uncivlized barbarians we fight against riddled with diseases, corruption and complete lack of order. A modern military and our advanced indoctrination could easily break this farce of an indpendent zone and reform them for the war of tomorrow. Then an allied STAR on the east and CROSS from the west would vice ORB in the middle decimating them once and for all, with or without SPEAR kicking around."
- He slams with his fist on the heavy negotiating table, that it's trembles a bit. -
"Our technological superiority, supreme doctrines, moral flexibility and the might of three continents will bring us the victory that will stabilize the world on it's knees, under our terms. Only if we all dare it, shall we break this costly and pointless status quo created by limp dick leaders and chickenshit bureaucrats! All of this incompetent crap!"
- He furiously points at a great political map on the wall. Aside a few flaws, it's accurately represent all nations on earth in the recent era, but despite it's credibility, it was made centuries ago. Not much changed, huh?
As he got fired up, he takes a few moment to calm himself. Continuing on a normal tone. -
"And because of this... my honoured guests, I believe our course is clear. We stand on the crossroads of history, but without breaking out from the mistakes of the past, we only doomed to live again the future our grandfathers made us for today.
For our kind, peace can only be conquered."

- Gavin wispers to betty to fetch him something to remady a headache and maybe get him another coffee. After she leaves Gavin listenes to Wolfgang attentively, even nodding to some points he makes. When he finishes gavin takes away his hankerchief for a moment to speak, and holds his empty open hand out to Wolfgang.
Gavin: "I do believe I agree strongly with our Host. This...virus. It can be devistating not upon our enemies, but we must list the negative reprecutions we may face during the tidying up. I say we stick to the conventional methods rather than tamper with risk causing an epidemic."
- After this he reclines back into his chair and coughs a couple times into his hankerchief. He then looks to Elena, lowering his hand to the table.
Gavin: "And as much as I am filled with discontempt to say so, thos cohalition dies seem, for the time to be in our collective interest in establishing order to the southern Americas."
- He pauses for a moment.
Gavin: "The Obergruppenführer is right. We stand at a crossroads, and I shall follow him down the turn he takes."

- Wolfgang sits back trying to resist the urge to make a confident smirk. -
Wolfgang: "Thank you Major General. It is heartwarming that Gomboston isn't alone with it's understanding on war within CROSS."
- He quickly looks at Elena and back to Gavin. -
Wolfgang: "I also understand the nature of my vision and what inconveniences it may breed. Our cultures differ from each other fundamentally, our societies understand themself in completely different perspectives, even on our vallues rarely find a common denominator... However our duty is hardly to talk about politics and ideologies, but to bring forth the protection and prosperety of our people's the best way we can.
STAR and CROSS, while a seemingly incompatible union, it's perhaps the most logical. ORB is the victim of it's own anthro nature. SPEAR is weak and impotent. SKULL cannot be controlled, just conquered. As for the independent nations we heard about... they only exist to buy the goods, even animals don't want to eat.
STAR and CROSS, in marriage of their virtues and interests however is such mighty union even without South America is something that outweights any petty politician's vision or petty griviances.
- With finishing his monolouge, he cannot help, but to allow himself a half smile with his fond memories. -
Wolfgang: "And from a personal experience, I can tell, absurd the idea may be, it's not impossible."
- He looks at Elena from the corner of his eyes. -

- Gavin grins as Wolfgang thanks him, and looks pleased by the prais. He nodds slightly when Wolfgang lists the issues of SKULL and ORB. He lowers his hanky, as if he's now somewhat able to stomach the smell fo tobacco.
Gavin: "So..." - He pauses and rubbes his eyes with his forefinger and thumb.
Gavin: "Obergruppenführer Stahlbergmann, what you are sugesting is we use our combined strength to invade the animals and raiders in hopes of expending our resolve, while at the same time maintaining a front in Africa?"
-At this point Betty returns with a coffee and places it before Gavin. He smiles and thanks her.
Betty in Gavin's ear: "I coulden't get something for the hango-"
Gavin: "Quite alright, dear."

Elena Smiles with some warmth at Wolfgang with his last statement
She has bean taking notes in a small black book while everyone was talking over there points. She looks at Alice with a bit of a puzzled expression, contemplating something something in her mind. Elena then pages a back into the book scratching something in the margin of the page.
She takes her hat off running her fingers through her hair " Commander Alice, you are willing to take a terrible gamble with the NEC2, If our enemies found out of such a plan, I fear the resolve of the other factions would be unbreakable and we would never truly win this. . . new war" Elena blows out a small breath " Star might be safe for now or we are the next likely target, where better to strike then at the place where no-one expects you? What would be do if X-core gains control of a faction outright ?
there is a loud crash and we see Ben rolling past the door, brawling on the ground with with three heavily armored guards. His hair is standing on end and still smoking a bit from the Tesla grenades, there are two metal restraints dangling from his wrists, one still cuffed to a broken piece of wood. His is spotting a few purple bruises. " I DON'T CARE IF WE BASH HIS SKULL IN!!! JUST TAKE HIM DOWN ALREADY!!" Jason walks determinately past a moment later holding a rather large metal pipe, he is also bleeding slightly from his left temple
Elena ignores the scene like it didn't happen, she turns toward Trevor and his Thanes " You would be correct Master Trevor, I already have most the resources of me intel teams working on identifying X-core and there agents, we will need to gather more information if we are to make informed decisions"
She leans back in her chair rubbing her hand together " Wolfgang is right, we can't seem to settle for 'right' enemy, X-core seems to be too good and hiding there influence and we might waste a lot of resources battling the Skulls looking for answers that they simple might not have" She taps a rhythm out on the small book with her fingers for a few moments considering again " Star can't just blatantly help you 'conquer' and intelligent race, antrho or not, but we must help protect this world from another cataclysmic no matter the cost. If this campaign is successful and that is a big IF, I will need assurances that all remaining civilian anthros will be treated fairly and integrated with full citizenship over a set period of time.
She sighs very deeply looking over the room " and how do we know someone here is not an X-core member anyway, it is a potability that has to be considered"
She looks down, shadows falling over her features " We need to flush out the enemy, we must find them and at the same time strengthen our position." She looks away distaste on her face "In order to save lives and time, I say instead of using the NEC2 to create a buffer between Cross and Orb or instead of using it to weaken any enemy on the field, we deploy it on every faction and nation in major cities all over the world, including our own." She looks up slightly with look of resignation on her face " We make it look like X-core is wholly responsible and some kind of death cult. With the right extermination troops and Bio-quarantine teams in place and with pre-warning we will be able to bring the outbreak under control much more quickly and effectively in our own territories then Skull, Orb, Spear and X-core. With X-core branded as agents of madness and murder, they will most likely find themselves with very few allies or public good will. Hunted on all sides by every faction and with-out recourse or adequate resources, it should be a simple matter of time to find them all and crush them."
She looks up searching for something in her memories "There was a reason the 'old ones' created the SHAPE doctrine" She looks at everyone lingering on Alice for a moment " I hate this plan, so much death but it would catapult our agenda into a extremely advantageous position over all the other factions." she smiles a small smile " who can say maybe we could broker a new peace after words" Then Elena frowns deeply as well " we must also consider what would happen if a faction could not get the outbreak under control"
"Maybe this should rather be considered as a last resort plan" Elena says after a moment
She sweeps an arm toward Wolfgang smiling pleasingly again " I have to agree with Master Stahlbergmann. A joint Star and Cross Force would be a powerhouse that would be near impossible to over come by any one faction, and there is a wonderful balance we bring to each others philosophy and doctrine. Strength combined with flexibility"

- Gavin shuts his eyes but keeps a pained grin when he hears the crash, as if the sound is excruciating but he's trying to save face. At the same time, Betty is startled by it and stumbles away from the direction of the sound, ducking behind Gavin's chair. Slowly Gavin opens his eyes as Elena continues speaking. His expression is riddled with doubt but he keeps a forced smirk. As Elena finishes Gavin taps the top of his coffee cup with his fore, and middle fingers together twice. He looks down briefly as if to collect his thought before speaking.
Gavin: "Such an... unconventional strategy, to put it lightly, doesn't really sit well with me. I'm not exactly a man know for his concern for Humanitarianism, but I'm fighting a War for Peace. Not infecting my own kinsmen with such an unspeakably horrendous fate. I see what your end goal is by executing such an audacious global attack on the entire world, but the risks and flaws astronomically outweigh the potential gains. We risk mass casualties, diversion of Civil Protection and Military resources, the cost of repairing damaged done by such an operation IF we are even able to contain it, plus, and what personally I find most chilling is a potential world epidemic that could end..."
- Gavin inhales deeply and looks around the table before looking back directly at Elena.
Gavin: "...Well, everything. And for what? To merely make an already dis-tasteful terror gang look somewhat worse? Sure we may get the world to organize better against them, but who is to say they are upon who the blame will automatically fall? Plus, I don't think many, or even any for that matter, of my superiors in Britain would approve of such an idea. Personally I would opt that we abandoner the use of the NEC2 virus for military use entirely."
- Gavin leans back and rubs the bridge of his nose again with his forefinger and thumb.
Gavin: "On a less dire note, these... animals. I cannot make any promises as to their treatment. I am but an officer. Not a civil relations official. I can perhaps request to my men to excersize caution, but it's not like we are dealing with simply a different culture. It's a whole other species."
- Gavin looks around at everyone as he says that before sipping his coffee.

-The High Thanes discusses things among themselves before speaking out for everyone to hear.
Drakenor: Yes... the use of WMD or in this case the NEC2 virus bomb as a mean to solve this problem will only bring another. Which is why the Order decided the reform our military structure, you can say it also involves how we should effectively handle enemies who have free reign in using their own WMD.
High Thane 1: Come to think of it... we have seen what effect the WMD have, not just the effect of it on the battle field but also of the citizen of the Civilized World. If we can "control" our enemies usage of WMD, not only we can put this heavily in our advantages. We can pin the blame on them without us having to manually influence the people.
Drakenor: It'll probably be one of the most dirty and dangerous ways of battling our enemies... our WMDs is the Civilized World itself as proven time and time again by the politicians in the past. We only need news of their reckless use of WMD, and we will soon have majority of the population raising arms, seeking vengeance against the enemies. In this way, we can also discourage alliance between X-Core and ORB. If they happen to threaten the people with use WMD, all the more better as what they perceive is true. The people hatred for them will become much greater, much more willing to not just support, but to join us in our effort to crush these bastard.
High Thane 2: We have been thinking about this for a while... this will be indeed one of the few ways to combat enemies who uses WMD so freely without having us resorting to using WMDs for ourselves. Be warned however, whilst this bolster the morale, manpower and the resources we need to deal with these fools, we would endanger the lives of the citizen.

-Alice Jumps up & spins around-
Alice: "Could anyone perhaps please just remove those clowns from our meeting! This is not a training yard!"
- She turns around to face Wolfgang -
Alice: "Conventional warfare? That's your answer? Why on earth would we want to tame those savages across the ocean? We need their resources, not their incompetent, untrainable peasants! Releasing the NEC2 will completely disable the free world, rendering it undefendable, After that we could simply just carpet bomb them into extinction, last time I checked those creatures don't know how to handle anti-Aircraft weaponry either... Labour, manpower, producing capabilities... preposterous...
- She quickly downs the last of her wine before pouring a new one -
Alice: "But very well, who am I to argue with this councils strategic servants... I will follow your lead... but mark my words commander... The Free world is un-tamable..."

- Wolfgang seems pretty annoyed with the STAR interlude. He turns his radio on, adressing the captain of the guards. -
Wolfgang: "Captain?" Captain: "Yes sir?" Wolfgang: "Why our guest still causing trouble?" Captain: "Well sire, the testla grenades had a different effect than expected and..." Wolfgang: "Because of your incompetence!" Captain: "But..." Wolfgang: "I think I was very clear the last time I ordered Elisa and I don't like to repeat myself. Your continued failure is burdensome to my guests, so I make myself clear for the last time. Put an end to it or I strap you before a cannon at the morning for high treason. VERSTANDEN!?" Captain: "Jawohl, Kommandant! That won't be necessary, Kommandant! I either fulfil your orders or die trying, Kommandant!" Wolfgang: "You better be..."
- The Captain tries to squeeze a few reassuring lines to the conversation, but Wolfgang turns off his radio and relases a sigh of embarrasment. -
Wolfgang: "I apologise for this once again. It's not entireally his fault though. We aren't quite equipped to take intruders alive. In other cases the Novus' corpse would contain a few kilogram of lead... but be far from me to be responsible of the death of my guests. Still he'll get what's due nevertheless."
- He clears his throat and his expression and tone changes back to his usual calm demeanor. -
Wolfgang: "Now, I think it's due time to pour some fresh water into the glass. First, Elena, I don't hink we should make an elephant out of a flea with X-core. Their infiltration of governments all around the world is truelly troubling, but as in the case of the Battle of Sentinel, they were never our greatest threat. Our secret services can keep their operations in bay, until the mercy blow, but we certainly shouldn't waste entire armies just to hunt down terrorist one by one.
As for STAR, no I would never ask them to conquer anyone on this eart" - he said it with a sarcastic tone - "I'm quite aware of the mindset of your kinsmen. Fortuneatly we are not conquerors, we are liberators. We liberate the world from the pirate threat and we liberale those poor devils from their criminal overlords. We are not out there to kill and opress civillians, just pirates, lawless gangs, madmans! I'm sure you don't have to break a sweat to make this message servicable... especially with the benefits in count.
This is perhaps the main reason, why I am against biological terrorism in the first place. For perhaps the first time in history everything has fallen to it's place without the need for us to lie. The attack on sentinel, X-core terrorism and the ORB genocides got the whole civilized world crying for blood. We don't have to convince anyone, we don't have to justify our casus bellis any longer. It's like an apple awaiting to be picked. Why should we complicate the message with releasing a dangerous virus upon our people. Those men fighting will decide the outcome of the war not their sheer hatred.
Still I understand what opportunities the NEC2 virus can offer us and I think we shouldn't neglect it. However, instead just infecting certain areas and hold our fingers crossed that we can contain them, we should create husks in a controlled envoriment. We could perhaps enhance their fighting capabilities, plant a bomb in their skull for safety meassures and after we made enough just flock them into a container unit and drop it on the enemy.
No infection, nothing out of our control and we can still harvest the benefits of husks. I'm certain the renowned scientist of the Maximillian order can come up with an effective containtment unit? No?"
- He looks challenging to the Maximillian delegation. -
Wolfgang: "As for ORB, they still just a maybe with SPEAR first to fight with. I highly doubt they would ally themself with the falling pirates who commited a handful of crimes against them just so they could attack three Great nations on three fronts. Dumb animals they might be, they are not sucidal. Personally I don't seek the destruction of ORB entireally, Gott knows we have to concentrate anthros somewhere, but if they remain hostile, I certainly aprove cutting them to size and divide them into smaller, more controllable domains."
- He then returns Blue's undivided attention and turns towards her with his fully body. -
Wolfgang: "Is that so? Why don't we just use low yield thermonuclear weapons, like the Neutron bomb to begin with? It kills every organism, leaves the infrastructure intact, leaves little to no radiation and you don't even have to pay a fortune on clearing out husk corpses. Wouldn't that be even easier? It even would be more humane to begin with, if we are so fond of weapons of mass destruction and genocide. While we are on the subject, why don't we just nuke everyone? Just like everyone. SKULL, ORB, SPEAR, STAR even some CROSS regions where X-core might dwell. I'm certain they wouldn't join in and it worked out so well for our ancesstors, didn't it Novus? Their infinite wisdom, super weapons and their childish impatience.
- He growls something mean and unintelligible in an old Ost-Gombostonian dialect under his nose -
And besides, I think you gravely underestimate husks. Tell me, did you saw them in combat? They don't just lay over and die like dumb animals. They are not stationary objects, buildings. Their instincs are developed enough to understand a threat and hide from it, when confrontation isn't optional. Given the terrain of South America and their endurance, I have a hunch we would find ourself on the ground again trying to purge their nests out of the many mountains of the continent, where your pretious bombs can't reach.
As for those peasants... well, we wouldn't need them for much else. I'm perfectly fine with them working on the field supplying us with the contient's resources. Stripped from their weapons and ill-thoughs, they are humans, just as every second class citizen. Manpower is manpower. And if they resist... we have quite an experience of quelling rebellions.
If we go down this road, you can mark my words as well... South America will be under our control. With or without the South Americans."
- He leans on the table in a devilish matter, but he snaps out of it within a second, looking quite friendly to Elena."
Wolfgang: "Naturally this is all find and dandy in my notebook, but the greatest question is that STAR would be willing to join our crusade to get rid of piracy. So rather really fighting this war in my mind, I think it's perhaps due to decide what we should do.
Only united can we bring this into fruition and rise to the top once more. If we go on our separate ways, it's perhaps the best, if we just focus on the looming ORB threat and hope that the pirates don't recover fast from their injuries to make a second battle of Sentinel. It perhaps won't be on CROSS territory this time. Lord knows there are other fair cities out there awaiting to be plundered."

- Alice stares him down in a few brief moments of utter horrific tension before breaking the silence with serious tone. -
Alice:"I did not claim my path the perfect one, only the most efficient according to my logic & experience, Which as you would know, is killing & psychological warfare, although when you reach my level in this profession, it becomes more like slaughtering than anything else. & I have agreed to your terms either way, so I would suggest you calm yourself commander & get a handle on things, Because you are behaving like a madman. & to think I was labeled the more eccentric one here..."

-Before the High Thanes even starts to discuss among themselves, Nanchi speaks out with excitement the moment he heard the opportunity.
Nanchi: Oh yes, yes! You will see that our work will not disappoint you.
Drakenor: Although I haven't personally engage husk myself, will be soon. I believe some of my colleague may have already done so in our effort to claim the infested land for ourselves. They will tell you of their experience in fighting up close with the abomination should you wish to know more about the husk with different strain of mutation. Though I can tell you this... all the husk we been seeing so far have similar anatomical structure, perhaps we did encounter agile, radioactive and even spit capable husk. We have yet to encounter... the other creature of its kind within the deeper part of the infested land.
High Thane 3: Now on to the main topic, indeed this will be the first time lies aren't needed. Surely the civilized world will be demanding vengeance. However we may have overlooked the fact that some of the citizen might still be taking this serious event lightly. Their stumped initiative to act and perhaps ignorant. Hell, they might not even believe WMD have struck the commercial port during the recent conflict until another WMD unleashed right before their very eyes! Sigh*, perhaps there is no need for the entirety of the civilized world to commit to our efforts... still, I feared the worst part of the population trying to discourage their righteous demands and actually succeeding in their attempt.
Drakenor: Mhh, and so we are back to this question again... what would be our plan of action?

Wolfgang: "And I have to support the case that's best for the state and it's people. Still, I appologise, if I got carried away. Not everyday you have to raise an argument about murdering 1/6 of the planet and make an entire continent uninhabitable for the meagre of wargoals in written history. I guess I still have some sanity within me, which prevents me to clap for that."
- He gives a scornful look to the novus, but then continues like nothing happened. -
Wolfgang: "As I said, all of it is depends on STAR's involvement. There's barely any use wasting our time, going to details, if that condition does not meet. In short it's basicly waiting to the SPEAR and ORB war get reignited and then focus on the occupation of South America. If we trully want to be safe with international politics, we also can unite the civilized world in a crusade against SKULL. After Sentinel, every nation has it's reasons to go to war with them and I doubt SPEAR or ORB would turn down a chance to increase their influence with Australia.
However, if we does not reach an agreement with STAR it's best to focus on other alternative course of actions. CROSS alone would have difficulties pulling this one out by itself."

Alice:" I am sure we have established that a STAR/CROSS Alliance would be in everyone's best interests, You won't hear any protest from me, & I am sure Commander Elena won't disagree as she has only been cooperative so far. Thankfully the STAR President Dick Fury survived the Council incident & was treated by our medical personnel afterwards for minor bruises & a small shrapnel fragment to his buttocks... He was also given free passage along with the vice president Stud Stallion. As I recall The STAR Defense sector was given free reign to act on behalf of STAR, which of course by definition means... you commander." - She looks back at Elena - "However I am not sure how your colleagues would feel about this particular situation.
- Sergeant Prideux raises his hand sheepishly, as if to add something -
Alice: "Yes sergeant what is it?" - She answers mid sentence without looking behind her"
Prideux: " I have just received important information regarding X-CORE Ma'am" - At the mention of the name Alice immediately turns all her attention towards Prideux -
Alice: " Well? What is it? out with it man!"
Prideux: "Well ma'am... If you recall, last month we came close to uncovering X-CORE's Identity, until the captor committed suicide by bashing his own skull open in one of our padded holding cells before being questioned... Well, Imperium Intelligence & battlefield records taken by a Gombostonian driver state that The Commander Stahlbergmann managed to capturing one alive while we were in engaged along with SoC on the main beach head during the attack."

Alice:" Is this true? what did you do with him? Where are they now?"
