- Gavin squints his eyes when hearing about he captive and frowns. Betty looks rather un-nerved by the story ofe one X-CORE captive bashing his head in.
Gavin: "Pardon my interjection, Alice, I am just a little confused. You say a captive bashed his head in, while in a padded cell? Isn't the point of them to prevent these exact occurences?"

-Trevor's eye brows raise as he says it, briefly remembering similar occurrence in the past.
Drakenor: Ah yes... bashing his own head on padded cell still crack him open. Not surprising, I tell you that. I have heard of someone wrapped all over the body in straight jacket, can't even move and all that. Next day comes, that person died with his lower spine dislocated all the way down to the knee. Apparently he somehow manage to commit suicide despite all measure taken to prevent it happen.

Elena spreads her arms in an open gesture " Master Alice you are one of the most feared and respected commanders not only is Cross but probably the world, not only because of your lineage but especially of your actions and results you have accomplished. She brings her hands together palms up toward Alice " I'm sure you could accomplish much on your own but, but even you and your magnificent blood thiirsty legion could not fight the whole world for long, think about how much more we could accomplish together. "
She looks at Wolfgang and Alice " As history tells us allies that do not stand together are always more easily smashed because of internal fighting, even if there opponent is smaller and weaker, internal animosity will not serve. So we must serve each other in what capacity we can. Even if courtesy of civil words is all we have or can stand to offer, maybe especially if that is all we have" She smiles and sighs " but we are who we are I guess, things will happen as they must, I am after all a guess here in every capacity I do not mean to impose in any way "
While the others are talking Sgt. Bruce who has bean suspiciously missing till now walks past the door holding a rather large full of medical equipment and nods at her. Elena frowns ever so slightly and waves one of the aids closer indicating to them and explaining so that they can show Bruce to where Ben is being kept for medical attention. The exchange only take a few seconds, she also hands the aid three aspirin out of her jacket to give to Betty with a nod
She listens carefully to Trevor Drakenor : Master Trevor I would love to see what your scientists and Thanes have discovered and made with the husks. We are also currently working on some interesting bio-weapon projects, maybe we could exchange some useful information"
After a moment Elena stands and turns to Wolfgang smiling with genuine glee " AH wonderful, we go back to relying on strategy and tactics and work our way to victory. I can not speak for all of Star but from the portfolio I manage I can say that you have our support. As a show of good faith we will follow your strategic lead as well as make sure that there are not too many cooks in the kitchen. Give us a fair deal in all the theaters of this war and we will be a great ally to you."
She puts her hands on her chest " So be good to us and we will be good to you " extending one open hand toward the room with the last word
She looks a Wolfgang expectantly " That young girl looked a bit green around the ears, did you manage to learn anything useful from her?"

- Alice wait for everyone to finish, nodding as she downs her drink to Trevors' testimonial, she then slams her cup onto the table as soon as she's done -
Alice: Yup! That's pretty much it, The X-Core Legionaries, as they like to call themselves have all displayed signs of some major brainwashing & mental reconditioning that far surpasses the propaganda we use to ready our own forces. They are dedicated to their cause to a self destructive nature, that's how they have managed to remain so secretive & mysterious.
- She looks over to Elena, with a slightly buzzed expression sporting a meek smile -
Alice: As I said commander, I don't have any quarrels with our Alliance, as a matter of fact I am quite fond of your entertainment industry"
Prideux: Yea especially that stupid ranger thing you watch religiously" - The sergeant mumbles under his breath -
ALice: "I'm sorry what now?" - Alice leers over her shoulder at Prideux"
Prideux: "Err, I mean, nothing ma'am... they sure do make great films"
- Alice stares at him a few seconds then turn her attention back to others while pouring herself another class, upon witnessing Bruce she leans her chair backwards, raising a brow with a goofy expression -
Alice: " Oooh, hellow there, what a fine specimen you are"
- Prideux pinches the bridge of his gas mask -
Prideux: " Ma'am that is quite unapr- Alice intirrupts him mid sentence -
Alice: "Oh Can it Frenchy! If Herr lord of the Krauts over there can bag himself a piece of STAR tail then might as well consummate the new alliance properly"
- She gives a loud whistle - "Hay cutypie! what's your number?!"

- Upon Alice's remarks, Wolfgang allows himself a facepalm. -
Wolfgang: "Charming... as ever..."
- He then straightens up in his chair. -
Wolfgang: "But! It appears we have come to an agreement." - He turns towards Elena - "You don't have to worry about interal stability, dear. It's only natural that hostility arose when so many great man of... ambition, decides the fate of millions. Not to mention the cultural differences. Still as long it breeds results I'm more than in favour of it.
And certainly, just like my plans with the continent are long-sighted, so does my STAR related relations." - he makes a warm half smile - "I'm certain you and your superiors would find my agreement satisfactory. Heinrich will make sure that the invasion plans would be ready on our departure.
As for that captured X-Core agent. As much as I would love to say something new to you, sadly my on-field interrogation techniques need some refinement. But rest assured, knowing that I've handed her over to Gombostonian Intelligence. She probably spilled out everything she knows by now and wishes that she could tell us more... and probably that she would be allowed to die, but maybe they didn't needed to come to that."
- He speaks into his radio -
Woflgang: "Heinrich?"
Heinrich: "Yes sir?"
Wolfgang: "Find out what the Intelligence services found out about... case 498, and send a copy of it's files. Also... the deed has been done. Send in the motoroil!""
Heinrich: "Jawohl."
- He turns off it again. -
Wolfgang: "It will take a while, but I think my clearance is enough to get access to it. In the meantime..."
- After a few seconds a Gombostonian waiter, comes in with quite many glasses of champagne. Going around offering everyone a glass. Wolfgang stands up raising his. -
Wolfgang: "I think a toast is in order to our fruitful meeting and, if there's nothing else to discuss, I say we could withdraw to a far more relaxing place this archaic castle has to offer. There are great many things that could be discussed than politics."

-Alice raises her glass to the toast & then immediately gulps it all down-
Alice: "Hear hear! *hic* Well... That's all fine & dandy Commander... -She takes a moment to find her footing-
Just then before she could manage to say another word, the main doors of the council chamber burst open with several squads of Crusaders storming in forming two neat lines on either side.
almost instantaneously General Eichelberger storms in with a small selection of other lower ranking officers following close behind him. He quickly makes his way right up to the other head of the table opposite to Wolfgang. Upon reaching it he stops dead in his track & runs his finger over the tables surface as to check for dust.
Eichelberger: Hmm... Immaculate... as expected.
- both Alice & Prideux promptly salute him but is quickly dismissed by a wave of his hand -
Eichelberger: "Gentlemen... It would seem we are celebrating... celebrating what exactly?"
Prideux: "Sir, we have just - "
Eichelberger: "I'm sorry... who exactly are... you?"
- A dense hostile atmosphere engulfs the entire chamber -
Prideux: " Sergeant Prideux sir! "
- Eichelberger gives out a quaint chuckle - "Oh really? a Sergeant?" - He looks over to one of his understudies. " We are now permitted to have lowly ground staff sitting in on these meetings?"
Prideux: "Sir I only meant to -
Eichelberger: "And yet he continues to speak?..." - He gestures with his hand for one of his personal guards who then swiftly makes his way to his side - "Take this man outside & shoot him... Immediately..." - Two Crusaders grab a hold of Prideux who then struggles as they drag him outside -
- Alice quickly looks to Wolfgang with a concerned expression, tears quickly forming around her eyes -
- Eichelberger takes a clipboard handed to him by one of his officers, briefly looking it over as he continues - "I see that this council has agreed that our next course of action is to invade South America... Agreeable. Have we determined where our forces are to be deployed? - He looks up at Wolfgang - " Kommandant Sthalbergmann, I assume you to be the one to oversee this task?

- Wolfgang puts down his glass and makes a Gombostonian salute. -
Wolfgang: "General Eichelberger. What an honour. I see you changed your Gombostonian guards to CROSS Crusaders... comes with new allegiances I assume."
- He says it smiling, but with a disgusted tone. -
Wolfgang: "We were just celebrating the birth of a STAR-CROSS alliance and our future dominion over South America, orchestrated by yours truly.
As for Herr Prideux. Seargeant or not, he was part of Kommandant Alice's delegation and as such I'm not entitled to keep him from this meeting as long the Fraulein don't decide so. However..."
- He turns on his radio yet again. -
Wolfgang: "Elisa? There's an execution about to take place on the courtyard. Put an end to it, bitte."
Elisa: "Gladly, Obergruppenführer."
- He turns off his radio and casually pulls a envelope out of his tunic with an Imperial seal on it. -
Wolfgang: "I apologize. Inferior in rank and blood though, I can hardly allow you to execute my guests, General." - Before Eichelberger could react to this insolence, Wolfgang hands over the envelope. - "It's a direct authorisation from the Dinarchs themself, which grant me dominion over Eisenfeldburg and the Gombostonian invasion force... which falls out of CROSS jurisdiction, thus your authrority.
Consequently, indeed, I shall command the our forces throughout this campaign. By our, I mean Gombostonian, naturally."

-The gathered member of the Maxmillian Order, almost all of them just glared at the "uninvited" guest. Some of the who are wearing their helmet, their visor glowed red briefly. Nanchi scoffed at his hostility in this meeting, recalling the times when soldier under his order just barge in and put some of his research to a stop. Back then Biocore were becoming personnel desperate for greater security and the number of trusted company slowly diminished as they made "request" for more payment. The Maxmillian Order are the only organization to have actually provided their needs free of charge.... well, almost.
-Simultaneously, Trevor and one of the Thane looked at each other. Almost seems like they are just staring. Then they return their attention to the meeting, Trevor whispered to himself.
Drakenor: Ti l'iv emok...

- Alice falls back into her seat giving a trembling sigh of relief before turning her lowered head towards Wolfgang & mouthing the words "Thank you" -
- Eichelberger has one of his Officers run over collecting the Document whom then brings it to him. He then tears it open with a small decorated blade & takes out a pair of equally small glasses to study the text more attentively. for a few brief moments utter silence looms over the room before Eichelberger looks up to Wolfgang with an expressionless face.
Eichelberger: "It would seem you have done your homework Kommandant... Well played... However had you not been one of my kinsmen Word of this would most certainly have reached the Emperor... What little power the Dinarchs still hold would be insignificant in comparison..." -The throws the document back onto the table causing it to tumble awkwardly & spill the other papers, he then turns to Elena.-
Eichelberger: "Oh, and this must be Ms Grobliss... It is a pleasure to meet you my dear, I have heard so much about you, It seems like just the other day you and my brothers' forces where at each others throats... strange world isn't it?

Elena stars at General Eichelberger sizing the man up and smiling sharply, a very faint electric hum coming from her robotic arm " Oh it was a friendly exchange. your brother was a man of rare incite it seemed to me. Pity Commander Strauss couldn't make it here today as well as your famed brother, I would have enjoyed learning from them "
She folds her arms tapping a small silent button on it that signals her three Sgt.s get get close and get ready. Also arming the hidden flash-bangs that Bruce planted while Ben was creating a distraction and all eye were following the ghost Jason to make sure he would not slip away " We were just talking about persons working together creating a greater vision for the future." Elena looks at Wolfgang lingering a bit then Alice, Trevor and Gavin in turn, concern on her face. She holds her robotic hand up in a questioning gesture "Are you also a great man of such combined vision, General Eichelberger?, or is ambition your only friend?"

Wolfgang: "Commander Strauss was a traitor of CROSS and not even human. I wouldn't call that a pity." - He gives a agitated look to Elena, trying to signal to close of this topic. Then he turns to Eichelberger - "Of course one's actions might be judged differently from a different perspective, General. Still, past grievances aside, the alliance with STARs serves CROSS best at the moment and as loyal servants of the state, this is what we have to keep in mind. As much as it pains the memory of dead, we have to serve the living, no?
Now, would you honour us joining our celebration General? This is an hour that sealed the fate of SKULL after all."

Elena sees Wolfgangs instinct picking up on her plan and a smile spreading on her face "of course Master Stahlbergmann, I would be honoured to be part of a joint Cross and Star coalition " Then she glances at Eichelberger Armed guard "But as General Eichelberger said it is a strange world" and her unsaid words are also made clear with the hardness around her expression * I won't be shot to pieces the same way Commander Strauss was *
She turns toward Eichelberger hands open " Think about what there is to gain, the new highest you could rise to with this allegiance General Eichelberger, think about how much there is to gain through this venture"

- Gavin's attention is not on Wolfgang or Elena and he dosen't notice anything, and quite frankly might be oblivious even if he was, due to his now apparent hangover. However Betty notices and acts by quietly aleting Gavin, erging hin to step back descreatly fron the table, while at the same time she's tugging at the end of her skirt.
Gavin: "Yes my lord, this opperation could be the final nail in SKULL's coffin!"
- As he says this, Gavin is looking back and forth at Elena and Wolfganv nervously. Betty has a guarded expression, and places the champagn glass on the table.
